We offer childcare and early years courses to help you get started on the pathway to a childcare career. We have a range of courses:
• Childcare for Beginners – Literacy and development in childcare for people with no previous experience or qualifications to work in a child care setting
• CACHE Level 1 Introduction to Early Years Settings helps you gain the essential knowledge needed to progress
• CACHE level 2 Certificate Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools suitable for learners wishing to work as teaching assistants
• CACHE Level 2 Certificate Early Years Educator prepares you to work with children aged 5 and under
• Level 2 Paediatric First Aid
Work experience is an essential part of the accredited CACHE Level 2 courses in childcare. You will be expected to find a work placement and undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
