Manage the newly formed repairs and maintenance team and oversee day to day maintenance and repairs issues, voids, survey and post inspect works. Tender, appoint and manage technical and repairs & maintenance contractors and contracts. Work on obtaining value for money and improving quality of all works carried out.
I have worked in public & private property industry for 30+ years. Within various large and small housing associations and local authorities. I have held various management roles in housing management, estate services, repairs & maintenance and technical departments. I have a 1st class housing degree and hold CIH Chartered status.
I am excited joining LSHA during this important time of change and organisational development, and looking forward to improving tenant cohesiveness, involvement and driving up service standards and quality.
