In 2025, we undertook a fundamental review of our Vision, Mission and Values incorporating feedback from the tenants’ group, staff and board members.

Everyone recognised how important a safe and secure home is in supporting a person’s well-being, work and education and this is central to our revised vision and mission. The tenants we spoke to also really value our size; being a small association is seen as a strength as it brings us closer to them.
