Operational responsibility for delivery of all housing services, working closely with tenants, contractors and consultants. Also has 
direct responsibility for the
 preparation of asset 
management for housing and maintenance services.

Steve previously worked and volunteered in community investment, charities and health promotion, before moving into social housing 25 years ago.  Working for both large and small housing associations, primarily in supported housing as well as the Supporting People commissioners at Kent County Council.

I look forward to LSHA working through the challenges we face and doing so, hand in hand with tenants as partners to genuinely achieve better services that we all want to see and deliver.
