Link Age Southwark is a vibrant local charity providing friendly volunteer support to over 600 isolated, older people in Southwark. We have been working in Southwark for over 25 years, reducing loneliness and isolation and helping older people maintain active lives within the community. Our fantastic volunteers support older people to thrive in later life.
