Responsible for providing overall leadership and direction to the Association and for delivering its strategy. Accountable for service delivery, and operational and financial performance. Emma has a 30-year career in social housing, having started her career as a policy trainee with a Surrey-based council in 1996. Since then, she has worked predominantly for housing associations, both large and small. She is an experienced Board Member and Trustee. My aspiration is for LSHA tenants to feel happy and secure in their homes, for them to trust us as their landlord, and for our staff to feel supported and proud to work for us.
