Responsible for leading projects for both the housing and operation team to improve our data and our processes to benefit the service we can provide to our tenants. Also works on our IT systems looking at new ways we can incorporate IT into how we operate as an organisation.

James is in his first full time role in the housing industry, joining LSHA in 2023, however has experience working for community engagement projects for amateur and professional sporting teams in Essex. He also graduated in 2020 with a degree in Sports Business Management.

I am excited to see where LSHA can go with the change and improvement I have witnessed since joining I hope we can continue this upward trajectory and provide a service we can be proud about and that is tenant led and focused.
