First line of contact for our customer’s enquiries & to provide administrative support to members of the team.
Jerome began working in housing as an apprentice customer service officer, who eventually went on to be the team supervisor. He has previously worked as repairs planner, resident liaison officer & complaint officer.
Starting with LSHA as a temporary colleague, I am happy to have been brought on full time by LSHA. My aim is to improve resident relations by lending an understanding ear & friendly face.
