I bring a wealth of experience from working over 20 years in the housing sector in various departments and various roles, with multiple organisations, councils and housing services. I have a strong passion for exceptional customer service and problem solving, which I am dedicated in turning LSHA’s reputation around with help from my colleagues. Trying to get it right the 1st time approach is my motto, but this may not always be the case but will endeavour to make sure all efforts are made to make sure all interaction is helpful, professional and courteous.
